    A este punto, si estas recibiendo seguro de desempleo, es debido a El Covid19 y si trabajas de tu cuenta o independiente (Self Employ) entonces estas recibiendo la oportunidad del siglo, ya que estas recibiendo dinero del seguro por desempleo para el cual normalmente no calificas.

En esta parte vamos hablar de algunos puntos los cuales si ponemos atención no serán un dolor de cabeza en los próximos meses.

Existe la posibilidad de que su reembolso de impuestos en el 2021 se vea afectado, reducido o anulado debido a la cantidad que haya recibido por desempleo en el 2020 durante la pandemia.

Debemos entender lo mas importante y aceptarlo como es, debemos pagar impuestos, la ley establece que todo dinero que se recibe debe de ser evaluado a ver si se debe pagar impuestos, la ley dice que toda ganancia proveniente de alguna actividad debe pagarse impuesto, esto claro esta no es en blanco y negro ya que hay muchas excepciones a la regla y aunque el dinero provenga de actividades, existen situaciones en donde el código tributario ofrece gracias o mínimos que la persona puede obtener y no pagar los impuestos de ley, pero como quiera que sea el caso y el dinero no califique para pagar impuestos este  debe de ser reportado.

Durante el 2020 sucedió que debido al Covid19 el gobierno ofreció un sistema de ayuda adicional de unos 600 extras por semana por encima del desempleo y luego unos 300 extras por semana con una posibilidad de en un futuro unos 400 adicionales por semana (esto todavía al 10/22/2020) se debate en el congreso y NO es seguro.

Muchas personas al recibir sus dinero semanal de desempleo han optado por no pagar impuestos y esto al final de año traerá consecuencias, Entiéndase que ese dinero que se recibe el departamento de labor lo reporta en un formulario llamado 1099-G y esto conlleva a que el IRS de ante mano ya sabe cuanto debe de ese solo formulario.

En otro caso hay personas que ha decidido pagar sus impuestos a medias, debido a que decidieron pagarlos ya después de varios meses haber recibido la compensación, pero han recibido mucho dinero de desempleo debido a las gracias adicionales que se han dado debido a la pandemia y esto en algunos caso no sera suficiente para pagar todos los impuestos que se deben. Estas personas terminaran debiendo al gobierno impuestos, dependiendo de cual sea la forma que reporten.

si usted esta dentro de alguno de estos casos debe planificarse de acuerdo a su situación y comunicarse de antemano con su preparador de impuestos para que le asesore. Usted NO podrá deducir gastos de casi ningún tipo del dinero de desempleo debido a que este dinero lo recibió por no estar trabajando y por dicha razón no tiene que deducir. Entiéndase que en muchos casos la cantidad que recibió va afectar su reembolso en el 2021.

However, a notary may issue a notarial copy certification in which the document custodian signs and swears to the authenticity of the original and facsimile document. New York notaries, including attorney-notaries, may not solemnize marriages in a civil ceremony. In New York state, a notary is not required for a testator to write or execute a last will and testament. New York law requires two witnesses, who do not need to be notaries, to attend and observe the will signing ceremony; subsequent to the execution by both testator and subscribing witnesses, these witnesses may then swear to the mental competence of the testator and other factors associated with the execution ceremony. A notary may, upon request, take a "self-proving affidavit" or an "affidavit of execution" sworn to and signed by the testator and the two (subscribing) witnesses, which will serve as formal proof and testimony of the proper will execution in the probate process at the county surrogate.
